Tromec Ltd understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used and shared in our business. 1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.1 We work with you in a business capacity and you agree that as such you are not providing data which relates to you as an individual and in respect of your personal life. As such, unless you advise otherwise, we will treat you as a corporate subscriber, as defined in the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (as amended) and consider that it is a legitimate interest to send you marketing material.

4. Storing Your Data

4.2 We do not store your data outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).
